A Family Tradition Since 2010
A family tradition established in 2010. We began by taking over an abandoned farm and the hives that occupied our beloved Telford farm. Our head beekeeper, Jon quickly went from caring for the first hive to adding dozens of hives over the next 8 years. The hives reside at mostly local farms throughout the area. We are fortunate to also work with local beekeepers to ensure that we are always adequately stocked with local, raw honey. Over the years, we have sold at local farmers markets, restaurants and many local specialty shops. We have a passion for local food, sustainable agriculture, saving our bees and our community getting to enjoy local raw honey with all the benefits that come with!
Jon Kutzner
Since having backyard bees in his youth, Jon has a passion for these complex creatures. His amazement at the intricacy of the hives, combs, members of the hive and their honey is equal to his enjoyment in being a part of the local community. Jon is known through the community as using his many businesses to connect and help others.
Jessica Stevens
Jessica is one of the original members of Heirloom Acre Farm, where the very first hive still resides. Her love of local food, organic agriculture and community live on in Heirloom Acre Honey. In the time she is not bottling, selling and covered in honey, she chases 4 small humans and one large dog around.
