Fresh bee pollen is a magical super food! It contains amazing amounts of protein as well as vitamin and essential trace minerals. We love adding a shake of pollen to our smoothies, açaí bowls or yogurt. Pollen has a nutty, earthy taste.
Start with a granule or two and slowly work your way up. Pollen should be refrigerated after opening.
